What we collect, what we don't.

WHAT WE STORE

The only personal data we collect is your email address — and only if you subscribe to the newsletter. We store it alongside the timestamp of your signup, and the timestamps of when (or if) you confirm and unsubscribe. That's it.

We do not store IP addresses, browser fingerprints, cookies for tracking, or any third-party analytics identifiers. Your local browser stores a small flag (in localStorage) indicating whether you've subscribed so we don't show you the paywall again — this never leaves your device.

WHERE IT'S STORED

Subscriber emails live in a Supabase Postgres database, hosted in the EU. Access is restricted to the operator (milovandekic1@gmail.com). The Supabase row-level security policies permit anonymous inserts (so you can subscribe) and nothing else.

WHY WE STORE IT

To send you the newsletter you signed up for. Nothing else. Your email is never sold, rented, shared with partners, uploaded to ad networks, or used to enrich any profile.

HOW TO REMOVE IT

Every newsletter we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe directly at /unsubscribe by entering your email address. To request a hard delete of your row from the database, email milovandekic1@gmail.com with the subject “delete my data” — we'll do it within 7 days.

All filing content shown on this site is public US Securities and Exchange Commission disclosure data, retrieved from EDGAR. We follow SEC fair-access guidelines (under 10 requests per second, identifying ourselves via User-Agent).

YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR / CCPA)

If you're in the EU, UK, or California: you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Email the address above and we'll respond within the required window (30 days under GDPR, 45 days under CCPA).

CHANGES

If we materially change what we collect, we'll update the date at the top of this page and email existing subscribers before the change takes effect.
